The 2016 Pinot Gris comes from grapes sourced from the unique microclimate of Four Mile Creek sub-appellation of the Niagara peninsula, resulting in opulent aromas and a classic structure. This Pinot Gris grapes underwent a short period of skin contact, then were gently pressed and introduced to cool fermentation until a portion was transferred into used French barrels and aged for three months. 

This Pinot Gris has sweet spice with hints of vanilla extracted from an extended period on the lees. Floral notes and ripe pear add intrigue to this powerful and versatile white that effortlessly complements a table set for your most anticipated events.
