Bjorn's Colorado Honey is a small-batch, local honey producer based in Boulder, Colorado. Pontus, the beekeeper, grew up in Sweden and learned the practice from his grandfather Björn, the company namesake. Bjorn Honey is one of two products sold at Suarez Market that isn't made on site.
