In the la tierra of North Boulder County, we nurture young orchards, fertile fields, and a working farm guided by seasons, patience, and care. What we grow becomes what we share—beautiful produce, handcrafted pantry and home goods, and culinary treasures shaped by the land itself.
Our orchard tells a longer story. Each tree is planted with intention, growing toward a future of cider and wine made slowly, honestly, and from fruit grown right here—in its own time.

Our 1-gallon tomato and pepper plants are famous for their quality and hardiness. A 1-gallon pot has the soil, nutrients, and moisture it needs to protect them through the transplant season.
I recommend planting them the last weekend of May when the soil is warmer, and spring winds begin to wane. 15% off during Tomato Days May 30th & 31st. It's worth the wait! - Lisa Suarez
Our baked fruit empanadas are made with organic fruit and ingredients, then baked fresh for market days and online orders. Flavors include Apple, Strawberry-Hibiscus, and Peach Cardamom— each one gently sweet, beautifully folded, and made to bring a little warmth to your market morning.
Mariposa Farm is the setting for our seasonal Suarez Market weekends, happening May through August. These weekends bring together the best of the farm — handmade bakes and pantry products, garden goods, fresh produce, orchard spirit, and a gathering place shaped by the season. We are proud to share this place, and all that it is becoming, with our community.
