EMPANADAS HOLIDAY BOX PRE-ORDER

While living in Guadalajara, Lisa Suarez remembers seeing tables full of all types and flavors of empanadas line the streets around the cathedrals during, Christmas and Easter Week or Semana Santa. These flakey hand pies are packed with fruit or savory fillings. Our Empanada Holiday Box comes complete with a bake card, bow and tag.

Empanada Flavors

FRUIT:Our sweet pastry crust filled with succulent fruit fillings

• Apple-Cinnamon filling
• Peach Cardamon filling
• Strawberry Hibiscus filling

SAVORY:Hearty fillings made with our Green Chile, Red Chile and Calabacita Spice Mixes

• Green Chile-Chicken: succulent chicken and potato with a cheesy green chile sauce
• Red Chile - Beef: savory beef and mushroom in our red chile cheese sauce
• Calabacita - sauteed summer squash, corn, onion and red pepper in a oaxaca cheese sauce
